Refund policy

We make every product ourselves and stand behind what we sell. If something is not right with your order, we want to know.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Eligible for Return

Products that arrive damaged or defective. Wrong item received. Unopened products returned in their original, undamaged condition.

Not Eligible for Return

Opened or used products, unless the product is confirmed defective upon arrival. Products returned without prior written communication to us. Requests submitted after the 7-day window.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at hello@dawaam.pk or via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and its packaging. We will review your request within 24 to 48 business hours and confirm eligibility.

Refunds on COD Orders

Approved refunds on Cash on Delivery orders are issued as store credit, redeemable on any future DAWAAM order. Where a return is the result of a damaged product or an error on our part, return shipping costs are covered by us and also refunded as store credit.

If a COD order is refused at delivery without a valid reason, return shipping costs will be deducted from any store credit issued.

Refunds on Prepaid Orders

Orders placed via credit card, debit card, or other advance payment methods are eligible for a refund to the original payment method, provided the return meets the eligibility conditions stated above. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days of return approval.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@dawaam.pk.

Order cancellations on prepaid orders are accepted only before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, the standard return process applies.

We are a small, in-house operation. Every return request is reviewed personally. If you have a concern about a product, reach out directly and we will give you an honest response.
