By placing an order on dawaam.pk, you agree to the following terms.

Products: All DAWAAM products are for external use only, except AF-01 Digestive Capsules which are for oral use. Follow the usage instructions provided on each product page and on the packaging. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, review the ingredient list before purchasing. Perform a patch test before first use of any topical product. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

DAWAAM products are herbal formulations and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical supervision, consult a physician before use.

Orders: All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if a product is out of stock or if we are unable to fulfill the order for any reason. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees and are subject to change without notice.

Cash on Delivery: COD orders are confirmed only upon successful delivery and payment. Repeated refusal of COD deliveries without valid reason may result in future orders being restricted to prepaid payment only.

Intellectual property: All content on dawaam.pk including text, images, logo, and brand name is the property of DAWAAM Naturals (Private) Limited. Reproduction or use without written permission is not permitted.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from use of this website or purchase of DAWAAM products will be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
