Shipping policy

DAWAAM ships nationwide across Pakistan via PostEx. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation.

Delivery timeframes after dispatch:

Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 3 to 5 business days. Other cities and towns: 5 to 7 business days. Remote areas may take longer depending on courier access.

Free shipping is available on all orders above PKR 2,000. Orders below PKR 2,000 are charged a flat shipping fee at checkout.

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. Prepaid orders via Safepay are also accepted.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order directly through PostEx. DAWAAM is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been handed over for dispatch.
